Residents of Public Housing owned and operated by the Washington County Department of Housing Services may use this form to request maintenance.

If you are not a Public Housing resident, please contact your property owner/manager for your maintenance needs.

Please note...

  • Maintenance staff will not enter your unit if children under 18 are in the unit without an adult.
  • Our goal is to respond to maintenance requests within three (3) business days.
  • Maintenance requests made from this website are monitored only during regular business hours. 
  • If this is a maintenance emergency, please indicate below or call (503) 846-4796. Please leave a detailed voicemail—staff monitors the line 24/7.
