Update 03/02/2023: The applicant has filed a Notice of Intent to Appeal with the Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA).
Update 01/30/2023: The independent Hearings Officer approved the application. All parties of record, including the applicant, may file a Notice of Intent to Appeal the Hearings Officer’s decision with the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) within 21 days from the date the Notice of Decision is mailed to parties of record.
Update 01/19/2023: The Notice of Decision has been unavoidably delayed due to illness. It is expected to be issued Jan. 30.
Update 12/05/2022: At the Nov. 17 public hearing, the Hearings Officer heard the applicant’s request for the gas station and convenience store with a drive-thru. - The Hearings Officer opened the Oct. 20 hearing to receive a request from the applicant's representative to continue the hearing to 1 p.m. Nov 17.
- No presentations were given and public testimony was not taken.
