Online Voters' Pamphlet Filing

The following links lead to the online Candidate Statement and Measure Filing system for the Washington County Voters' Pamphlet. This system allows for the submission of filing documents solely for publication in Washington County. This is not a payment system, and filings submitted through these options are not final until they have been paid for.

All filings must be received and paid for no later than 5pm on the filing deadline to be published in the Washington County Voters' Pamphlet.

Washington County Elections Division accepts cash, check, and credit/debit (2.45% service fee, $1.50 minimum fee) payments.

Credit/Debit payments can be done over the phone by calling 503-846-5800.

Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit payments are accepted at our office in person or by mail, located at:

Please do not send cash payments or credit card details through email or postal mail.
