Total Development Cost: $10M

Funding Sources: $9.3M Metro Affordable Housing Bond, Housing Production Opportunity Fund, Oregon Housing and Community Services Multifamily Energy Program

54 units consisting of:

  • 54 Studios, 370 sq. ft

All units for those at 30% AMI

Reconstruction Start: December 2021
Reconstruction Completion: April 2023

This special project was made possible by two voter-approved regional housing measures: the 2018 Affordable Housing Bond and 2020 Supportive Housing Services Levy.
