We will replace the culvert with a stronger one and repair the roadway in preparation for the Old Pumpkin Ridge Road Road Reconstruction. The culvert will also meet Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife standards for fish passage. We expect Old Pumpkin Ridge Road will close during construction.
