We are installing a traffic signal at the River Road and Witch Hazel Road intersection.
The signal provides important traffic flow and safety improvements near a Clean Water Services wastewater treatment facility.
The project includes ADA-compliant curb ramps and pedestrian crossing signals.
Design start: November 2025
Construction start (expected): July 2026
Construction finish (expected): October 2026
Update
6/11/2026: Construction is expected to start in early July. Expect intermittent daytime lane closures.
