Proclamation for Hispanic Heritage Month 2023

Recently, the Board of County Commissioners issued a proclamation dedicating the 30-day period between September 15 and October 15, 2023, as Hispanic Heritage Month in Washington County.

In recognition of this year’s theme, Latinos: Driving Prosperity, Power and Progress in America, Washington County residents are encouraged to connect with the heritage of our Latinx community and recognize the significant strides of Hispanics in the economic, political and social growth of the United States.
