One page document about the Parking by Permit program. The purpose of the program is to reduce non-resident, on-street parking congestion in neighborhoods while providing residents with the ability to park on-street near their homes. This program is a way to address quality-of-life issues such as parking infiltration.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 782 proposes to amend the Community Development Code relating to Original Art Displays, Temporary Signs, Traffic Direction Signs, and Park Signs.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 783 proposes to update all Transportation System Elements based on the policy framework adopted in 2013 by Ordinance No. 768; Makes minor revisions and clarifications to the transportation policy framework adopted in 2013; Makes minor changes to the Community Development Code (CDC) to reference the correct name and terminology of the proposed TSP; and Removes Transportation Functional Classification maps from all community plans, these have been superseded by the Functional Classification map in the TSP.

A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 784 proposes to amend the Community Development Code (CDC) to expand allowable locations and lower the application fees for farmers markets in non-residential urban and rural land use designations.

Ordinance No. 781 consistent with Oregon Senate Bill 1531, Ordinance No. 781 proposes a moratorium, effective through May 1, 2015, prohibiting distribution of medical marijuana or its derivatives in unincorporated Washington County, including use of any building, structure, location, premises, or land for the business or sale of such products.

Ordinance No. 780 proposes to amend the Sunset West Community Plan by dividing Area of Special Concern (ASC) #11 into two new subareas, 11a and 11b. These subareas specify where different building height requirements apply within the ASC. Changes are made to ASC #11 text and the Areas of Special Concern map.
