Effort to Help At-Risk Youth Launches in Washington County

Washington County has been selected as the 4th site in Oregon to enact the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform’s “Crossover Youth Practice Model,” aimed at reducing the number of abused or neglected youth who enter the juvenile justice system.
