A-Engrossed Ordinance No. 908 would amend the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area relating to the adoption of boundaries for the Raleigh Hills Town Center, Sunset Town Center, and Washington Square Regional Center to comply with state and Metro requirements for adoption of regional and town centers identified on Metro's 2040 Growth Concept map.

Ordinance No. 628 proposes to amend the Rural/Natural Resource Plan and the Community Development Code elements of the Comprehensive Plan relating to a State and Regional Park Overlay District.

Ordinance No. 909 would amend the Washington County – Cornelius Urban Planning Area Agreement
(UPAA). Proposed updates include minor changes to the policies and processes for planning
coordination in the unincorporated areas adjacent to the city where both the city and County have an
interest in comprehensive planning (the ‘Urban Planning Area’). The map is revised to reflect Cornelius’
Urban Planning Area and annexations since the last update.

Ordinance No. 910 would amend the Washington County – Forest Grove UPAA and make minor changes
to policies and processes for planning coordination in Forest Grove’s Urban Planning Area. The map is
revised to be consistent with the Cornelius Urban Planning Area Map and to reflect annexations since
the last update.
