Ballots Continue to Arrive at Drop Sites

Washington County elections officials have received 25,824 ballots as of last night, or about 25 percent of all those eligible to vote in today’s special election. Elections officials expect to receive more ballots from Washington County voters by 8 p.m. tonight.

Turnout Reaches 25 Percent as Voters Drop Off Ballots by 8 p.m. Deadline

 

Washington County elections officials have received 25,824 ballots as of yesterday evening, or about 25 percent of all those eligible to vote in today's special election. A total of 103,181 Washington County residents are eligible to vote in this election based on their voting district and the issues being presented.

Official Drop-off Sites

Washington County elections officials are asking last-minute voters to drop off their ballots at official collection sites by tonight's 8 p.m. deadline. Official drop-off sites are listed on the county's website at:

These drop-off sites include:        

  • Washington County Elections Office, 3700 S.W. Murray Boulevard, Beaverton (Look for the slot in the front lobby.)
  • Washington County Charles D. Cameron Public Services Building, 155 N. 1st Avenue, Hillsboro (Look for the drop box near the rear entrance of building.)
  • Cornelius City Hall, 1355 N. Barlow Street, Cornelius
  • Hillsboro Library - Main Branch, 2850 N.E. Brookwood Parkway, Hillsboro
  • North Plains City Hall, 31360 N.W. Commercial Street, North Plains
  • Sherwood City Hall, 22560 S.W. Pine Street, Sherwood
  • Tigard City Hall, 13125 S.W. Hall Boulevard, Tigard
