Board Chair Kathryn Harrington to provide 2020 End of Year Message

On Monday, November 30, at 6 p.m., Washington County Board Chair Kathryn Harrington will offer her first-ever End of Year Message, sharing her perspective on the many unforeseen challenges of 2020, while also providing a hopeful look ahead for the coming year. In her online address, Chair Harrington will reflect on a year that no one could have imagined but through it all, Washington County continues to be defined as community that faces adversity together. 

Due to COVID-19 precautions, the public is cordially invited to view the End of Year Message on the County's YouTube channel. The Chair's message will also be provided simultaneously in Spanish via Tualatin Valley Community Television and can be viewed by selecting Channel 28.
