Transportation Development Tax Rate Schedule FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26

Add a new section (Section 389) to the Washington County Community Development Code (Code) relating to a Residential Airpark Overlay District.

Amend the Washington County Community Development Code (CDC) to include a new definition for Wind Energy Conversion Systems.

Amend Washington County Community Development Code (CDC) Section 390 to allow for the location of public utilities (with the exception of electrical substations) within the North Bethany Subarea.

Amend the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area and the Community Development Code (CDC) to comply with the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA).

Extend the initial preliminary approval period for Type II and Type III land use decisions from two (2) years to four (4) years.

Amend the Community Development Code element of the Comprehensive Plan relating to Nonconforming Use Standards.

Amend the Community Development Code and Bethany Community Plan relating to housekeeping and general update amendments.

Amend Community Development Code Section 390, and Bethany Community Plan, Chapter 2: North Bethany Subarea Plan, to allow for the placement of public utilities in the North Bethany Subarea.
