Facilities, Fleet and Parks

Provides efficient and effective planning, acquisition, construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of all county-owned or operated facilities (Facilities division). Responsible for the procurement of vehicles and equipment, and the management and maintenance of these assets (Fleet division). Oversees three parks – Eagle Landing, Metzger Park and Scoggins Valley Park – that together make up over 2,500 acres of parkland (Parks division).
