How to access information in languages other than English, and how to file a complaint

Notice of Nondiscrimination: Washington County Department of Health and Human Services does not discriminate in its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, and where applicable, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, sexual orientation, political beliefs, reprisal, or because all or a part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program.

Washington County HHS provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats. Washington County HHS provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
