Comment on Thompson Road project through June 29

Comment on design options for a road improvement project on Thompson Road between Marcotte and Saltzman roads in an online open house through June 29.

Thompson Road will be widened between Marcotte and Saltzman roads with sidewalks and bike lanes. The design also includes:

• A center turn lane
• Streetlights
• Storm drains
• Storm water quality facilities

Project design will continue through April 2024. Construction is expected to begin in December 2024 and continue through June 2026.

The project is funded through the MSTIP Bonding Cost-sharing Program and the Bonny Slope West Transportation System Development Charge.
