Ballot Correction for Judge of the Circuit Court 20th District, Position 1

Washington County ballots for the primary election on May 18, 2010, include a printing error for the election of Judge of the Circuit Court 20th District. The printed ballot states that the election is for Position 2, when in fact it is for Position 1. The only candidate is the incumbent Judge Thomas Kohl, who was certified by the Secretary of State's Office to Washington County as the only person filing for Position 1. Position 2 is not scheduled for election this cycle.

Despite the printing error, all ballots are valid. If a voter casts a ballot in the election for Judge of the Circuit Court 20th District, their vote will count.
