Ballots for the Sherwood Recall Election Must Be Mailed or Dropped Off at Official Collection Sites by 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 17
Washington County elections officials are encouraging voters in the City of Sherwood to mail or drop off their ballots as soon as possible regarding the Recall Election for two city councilors so that all ballots are processed in a timely manner.
Voters throughout Sherwood should have received their recall ballots by mail earlier this week. Both the envelopes containing these ballots and the return envelopes with space for each voter to sign on the back will be labeled "RECALL" to distinguish them from ballots to be mailed separately for the Special Election this November.
Sherwood voters will have until October 12 to send their completed ballots in appropriately signed envelopes with a postmark from the U.S. Postal Service. After this date, completed ballots should be dropped off at official collection sites in order to meet the election's 8 p.m. deadline on October 17.

24-hour Drop-off Sites
Voters may drop off their completed ballots at either of these two 24-hour drop-off sites:
- Washington County Elections Office, 3700 S.W. Murray Boulevard, Beaverton (Look for the slot in the front lobby.)
- Sherwood City Hall, 22560 S.W. Pine Street, Sherwood
