Too Late to Mail Ballots for November 8 Election

Washington County elections officials are asking last-minute voters to drop off their ballots well before 8 p.m. this Tuesday. Official ballot drop sites are located throughout the county.

Voters Urged to Drop Off Ballots at Official Collection Sites




Washington County elections officials are asking last-minute voters to drop off their ballots at official collection sites as soon as possible so that all ballots are processed in a timely manner. The deadline for voting is 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 8.

With only a few days left in the vote-by-mail election period, Washington County has received nearly 126,000 ballots so far, or about 37 percent of all registered voters in the county.

Saturday Hours to Help Meet Election Deadline
To assist with the last-minute rush of voters, the County Elections Office at 3700 S.W. Murray Boulevard will be open this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Voters with questions or concerns are welcome to call or visit during these Saturday hours.

Monday & Tuesday Drive-through Service
Elections officials will also provide drive-through ballot collection
service at the County Elections Office at 3700 S.W. Murray Boulevard. This drive-through service will be offered:

  • Monday, November 7, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 8, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
