Presentation by Steve VanGrunsven, Board Member, Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District (TSWCD). Ballot Measure 34-269 would establish a permanent tax rate limit to fund the TSWCD. Hear information on what the District does and discuss how the measure would impact the CPO 13 community.
