Homeless Program Coordinator and Housing and Supportive Services Network Chair, Washington County Department of Housing Services

Annette will give an overview of the system-level approach to preventing and ending homelessness. She will discuss the outcomes and challenges we are experiencing in Year 8 of our 10-year Plan.

Handouts will be provided along with local resources that inform community members who come into contact with homeless about how to refer people to resources, and answer your questions.
