Links/forms for youth to access for community service

Youth who owe community service hours and/or restitution and have been ordered by the Court or a Juvenile Department counselor are eligible to be assigned to a supervised work crew. Youth who have been assigned to a work crew will have a reserved spot. If permitted by their counselor, youth may attempt to "walk on" to work crews of which they are not assigned. If assigned youth have excused themselves or fail to show up for work crew, "walk on" youth (on a first come first serve basis) will have the opportunity to fill the vacancy. If you are planning to "walk on" to a work crew, you must have permission from your counselor and also completed a "walk on" card for the date and time you wish to work. Please present your "walk on" card to the work crew leader upon arrival.
