Ordinance No. 694

Ordinance No. 694 proposes to amend Policy 41 of the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area, the West Union Community Plan and Section 308 of the Community Development Code to prohibit certain institutional uses (cemeteries, churches, day care facilities and schools) in areas designated for future industrial uses.
