Ordinance No. 695

Ordinance No. 695 proposes to amend a portion of Article V that applies to new development within urban unincorporated Washington County.  Section 501-8 of the Community Development Code would be amended to make changes relating to the pavement standards for local and neighborhood route streets and add a requirement for street lighting in conjunction with half-street improvements.
