Ordinance No. 753 proposes to amend proposes to amend the Washington County - Banks Urban Planning Area Agreement, the Rural/Natural Resource Plan and the Comprehensive Framework Plan for the Urban Area elements of the Comprehensive Plan to reflect changes to the City of Banks' Urban Growth Boundary.
