A culvert replacement on 174th Avenue, between Bronson Road and Santiam Drive, will require a road closure from Aug. 27-Sept. 30.

All travelers must use the signed detour (see map) during the closure.

The project will replace the 90-year-old culvert that runs under 174th Avenue, north of Bronson Road. The new culvert is sized for improved fish passage and water flow. The project also includes guardrails for improved safety.

The culvert replacement is being completed in conjunction with bicycle and pedestrian improvements to Bronson Road, between 174th and 185th avenues.
