Road conditions are improving after yesterday's surprise snow storm. Local highways and major arterials are mostly clear, but neighborhood streets are still slick and slushy. The public is advised to delay travel until later today, when warmer temperatures and rain will help clear snow and slush from sidewalks and roads.
