Dispose of sandbags at Washington County facility

Starting at 8 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 12), people looking to dispose of sandbags can bring them to the parking lot adjacent to the Washington County Land Use & Transportation Walnut Street Center at 1400 SW Walnut St., Hillsboro.

The site will be open 24 hours/day, including weekends, through Saturday, Dec. 19. The site may remain open beyond that date, if activity remains high. Visit wc-roads.com for further information.
