Construction of a sidewalk and drainage facilities on Glencoe Road begins Monday, July 9.
Only one traffic lane will be open on Glencoe Road (1st Avenue), between Cody Court and Lincoln Street, from 9:30-3:30 p.m. weekdays through Sept. 30. Flaggers will direct traffic through the open lane, alternating north- and southbound traffic. Expect delays of up to 10 minutes.
Work includes drainage facilities construction and completion of sidewalk gaps, including ADA-compliant ramps. This project is funded through County's Gain Share program and the city of Hillsboro's Transportation Development Tax.
