Washington County's Department of Land Use & Transportation invites the public to attend a project open house on Thursday, November 20 to learn more about pedestrian improvements planned for Taylor Street between Windwood Drive and 90th Avenue. The event will be held at West Tualatin View Elementary School, 8800 SW Leahy Road, Portland. The public is invited to drop in anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. to learn more about the project. Staff will be available to answer questions and solicit comments.

The project will construct a pedestrian facility along the south side of Taylor Street between Windwood Drive and 90th Avenue in order to enhance pedestrian safety. Construction of the pedestrian improvements is anticipated to begin summer 2015.
