Washington County and city of Tigard staff and the design consultant will answer questions. No formal presentation is planned; stop by any time during open house hours.

The County's project will be improve safety and traffic flow between Tippitt Place and Whistlers Loop. The $6 million project is funded through the County's Major Streets Transportation Improvement Program (MSTIP) and is expected to begin in summer 2021. Improvements include:

  • Continuous sidewalks
  • Bicycle facilities
  • Street lighting
  • Drainage facilities

During the construction, Tigard will install a 24-inch water main. This coordination reduces the cost of the water project and minimizes road and traffic impacts.
