RROMAC welcomes three new members

Three new members joined the Rural Roads Operations and Maintenance Advisory Committee (RROMAC) on Jan. 9.

  • Loren Behrman is vice president of Behrman Farms Inc., Banks. He previously served on the Washington County Transportation Futures Study Advisory Committee and is a member of Citizens for Efficient Transportation Solutions, a local nonprofit.
  • Marc Farrar is director of Government and Community Relations with Metropolitan Land Group, Beaverton. He has more than 10 years’ experience working in local government.
  • Jeff Hindley is a supervisor in the Yamhill County Department of Community Justice. He is an active member of Community Participation Organization (CPO) 6 and serves on the Washington County Homeless Plan Advisory Committee.

RROMAC works with County staff and advises the Washington County Board of Commissioners on issues related to rural roads. The committee meets at 7:30 a.m. the second Thursday of most months at the Washington County Walnut Street Center, 1400 SW Walnut St.  There is one vacant position. Learn more
