Springville Road construction begins Sept. 1

Construction begins on Springville Road, between Kaiser Road and Joss Avenue, on Sept. 1.

Expect lane closures and travel delays from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday through summer 2021.

Springville Road is being widened to three lanes, one travel lane in each direction with a center turn lane. Other improvements include:

• Bike lanes 
• Sidewalks
• Street lighting
• Improved drainage

The $6.8 million project is funded through the North Bethany Service District.
