Temporary weekend closure of Morgan Road July 7-10

Morgan Road will be temporarily closed 8 p.m. Friday, July 7, through 5 a.m., Monday, July 10, at Tonquin Road.

Morgan Road will be temporarily closed 8 p.m. Friday, July 7, through 5 a.m., Monday, July 10, at Tonquin Road so construction to raise the grade of Morgan Road to meet the new Tonquin Road alignment.

Traffic will be detoured to Tonquin, Murdock and Baker roads. There will be intermittent lane closures on Tonquin Road, but the road will remain open.

Tonquin Road improvements are part of the 124th Avenue expansion between Tualatin-Sherwood and Grahams Ferry roads. The new section of 124th Avenue will open in Spring 2018. Improvements to Tonquin and Grahams Ferry roads will continue through 2018.
