The Transportation System Plan (TSP) directs how we build, operate and support our road network. It also addresses multi-use trails, state highways, and railroads, which are supported by others.

Transportation Planning
We oversee our 20-year transportation plan, conduct travel forecasting, oversee the countywide Transportation Development Tax and bicycle/pedestrian planning. We work with Metro, TriMet and Oregon Department of Transportation on regional transportation.
