Comment on the updated design for the Springville Road Phase 4 Project in an online open house through Nov. 13.
Springville Road will be widened between the Portland Community College Rock Creek Campus and Joss Avenue. Improvements include:
- Adding a center turn lane
- Installing bike lanes and sidewalks
- Building a section of multiuse (bike and pedestrian) path
- Installing streetlights
- Replacing two culverts
Construction is expected to start in spring 2024 and finish in fall 2025.
The cost of the project is $12.7 million funded through the North Bethany County Service District for Roads.
This is the fourth phase of Springville Road projects. Other phases were east and west of this phase. Visit the open house.
