Meet the contractor for the Reedville Trail Project at an open house from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, at Indian Hills Elementary School, 21260 SW Rock Road.

A section of Reedville Trail, between Baseline Road and Johnson Street, will be improved by:

  • Repairing and paving the multiuse path. 
  • Improving neighborhood spur connections. 
  • Upgrading street crossings at Jay Street, Rock Road and Augusta Street. 
  • Installing a bridge at Reedville Creek.
  • Installing trail lighting, waste bins and dog waste facilities.

Construction will begin in June and continue through November.

The Reedville Trail is a multiuse trail serving the Reedville community. The trail follows the Bonneville Power Administration’s Pearl-Keeler electric transmission line. The Reedville Trail is part of the Hillsboro Trails Master Plan and the Metro Regional Trails System. It is identified as a priority investment in the Aloha-Reedville Study and Livable Community Plan, Washington County Bicycle Pedestrian Prioritization Project, and the Washington County School Access Improvement Study.
