Funding Sources: $6.1M Regional Affordable Housing Bond, Washington County Housing Opportunity Production (HOPE) Funds, Business Oregon, 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, private permanent loan, deferred developer fee

  • (9) 2BR units

28 units for those at 30% AMI
26 units for those at 60% AMI

24 Project Based Vouchers

Construction Start: July 2022
Construction Completion: March 2024
