Springville Road Phase 3 (Joss Avenue to Kaiser Road)

This project is complete.

Springville Road is an arterial in the North Bethany area. Road sections vary with narrow shoulders and many pedestrian and bicycle conflict areas. We widened Springville Road between Kaiser Road and Joss Avenue three lanes, one travel lane in each direction with a center turn lane, with bike lanes and sidewalks.

Other improvements include:

  • Curbs
  • Gutters
  • Street lighting
  • Improved drainage

This project connects to Springville Road Phase 4 between Joss Avenue and the Portland Community College (PCC) Rock Creek Campus.

Construction start (expected): 9/1/2020
Construction finish (expected): 8/20/2021

Update 7/22/2021

Final project cleanup work continues into August.
