We will widen Thompson Road between Saltzman and Marcotte roads with a center turn lane, bike lanes and sidewalks.
Other improvements include updated:

- Traffic signs
- Striping
- Storm drainage
- Water quality facilities

Start right-of-way acquisition (expected): May 2026
Construction start (expected): February 2027
Construction finish (expected): September 2028
Update
5/30/2026: Right-of-way acquisition is starting. All impacted property owners will be contacted directly by a right-of-way agent for Washington County.
Construction is now planned for February 2027-September 2028.
