You are not alone. What you are doing is important. It is also hard and tiring. At a support group, you can meet other people who are caregiving, feel supported and heard, and learn tips and tools for providing care.
Support groups as of January 2026
Washington County Family Caregiver Support Program offers support groups for any unpaid relative, spouse, partner, friend or neighbor caring for an aging loved one.
There is currently room in the following groups:
- Second Monday of the month, 1-2:30 p.m. at Juanita Pohl Center, 8513 SW Tualatin Rd.
- Second Tuesdays, 6-7:30 p.m. Virtual (register for link)
- Fourth Thursdays, 1-2:30 p.m. Virtual (register for link)

Counseling support
