From September 26 through October 7, the Service Center East lobby for Developmental Disabilities will be closed to walk-ins. If you need help during that time and don't have a scheduled meeting, you can stop by our office at 5240 NE Elam Young Parkway, Suite 150, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., or call 503-846-3150 for assistance.

If you are facing a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Crisis services are available 24-hours a day, everyday.

We provide services to support individuals experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). These services include case management, protective services, eligibility, and foster care licensing/certification.

Addiction recovery center opens in Hillsboro

The 4D O’Rourke Center will provide a safe, drug-free environment for young adults to receive a variety of on-demand and ongoing recovery support 365 days a year.

Hawthorn Walk-in Center changes Christmas hours of operation

The Hawthorn Walk-in Center for Mental Health and Addictions Care in Hillsboro will be open from 12-6 p.m. on Christmas this year. Regular hours are 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m. every day.
