We provide services to those in our community with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We currently support approximately 3,100 individuals, children and adults across our county.

Our program and services are provided through a person-centered approach that involves individuals and families in every step of the decision making for their care. We collaborate with schools, community partners, medical providers and other organizations to help those with I/DD develop the tools, resources and supports they need to succeed and thrive in their community.

Our work with children, adults and families includes assessments and creating individual support plans that address each client’s unique needs, risks and behaviors. Services include eligibility, case management, coordinating supports and resources, protective services, and foster care licensing/certification.
