Everyday outreach workers connect with people living unsheltered in their cars, RV’s and tents. They work to build relationships to help people connect with services including shelter, behavioral healthcare, treatment, and housing programs. Outreach workers work in pairs and coordinate their outreach to ensure timely response and support to all areas of the County.
