There are no current funding solicitations open at this time.

Washington County’s 2020 NOFA was released on March 16, 2020. Applications were due May 26, 2020. Projects recommended for Concept Endorsement were approved by the Washington County Board of Commissioners on September 1, 2020 and by Metro on September 17, 2020. A total of 10 projects were awarded in the 2020 funding award.

Washington County’s 2022 NOFA was released on August 26, 2022, and applications were due October 21, 2022. Five applications were received with one project chosen as the winning applicant. Woodland Hearth, owned by Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH), will provide 63 units of affordable housing in Tigard off of Highway 99 near Fred Meyer. Forty of the units will be family sized with 3 and 4 bedrooms. This project is pending concept endorsement from Metro but has received approval by the Washington County Board of Commissioners.
