Cooper Mountain Transportation Study

The Cooper Mountain Transportation Study will identify and refine long-term options for roadway connections within and around the Cooper Mountain study area.

The study area is roughly defined as south of Tualatin Valley Highway, north of the Tualatin River, west of 170th Avenue and east of River Road/Tualatin River.

Regional growth and development continues to increase traffic in the Cooper Mountain area. The Cooper Mountain Transportation Study evaluated options to help spread out traffic and reduce its impacts.

We studied three transportation improvement concepts to determine benefits, costs, opportunities and challenges. This study guides decisions about the long-term Cooper Mountain area transportation network. It will help us rank future project to improve travel for all who drive, bike, walk and roll.

This study also contributes to the Urban Reserves Transportation Study.
