HEALTH ALERT: High lead levels found in eczema cream

February 1, 2023: Shop Me Ca of Herndon, VA has recalled its 10-gram tubes of Diep Bao Cream. The sale of the product has been suspended while FDA, OHA and the company continue to investigate the source of the problem. Read the full announcement on FDA's website.
January 26, 2023: High levels of lead have been found in two tubes of a skin cream known as Diep Bao that’s advertised as treatment for eczema in young children. State and local health officials are urging parents to stop using the product while its safety is investigated. Read the news release.
