Filing your Business Personal Property tax return by mail or in-person​

Step 1: Fill out the 2024 Confidential Personal Property Return (that was mailed to you) completely (don’t forget to sign in the Taxpayer’s Declaration section!)​

• If you did not receive a 2024 Return form in the mail, please contact us at 503-846-8838 and we can mail one to you. You can also download a blank form HERE.​

Step 2: Use the existing asset list that was mailed with the return, or create a new list, and indicate all asset disposals and acquisitions from the prior year.​

Step 3: Either send your return via mail ( or drop off in person) to:​
