How to pay Probation and Parole fees

Most clients on probation supervision in Oregon are required to "pay supervision fees, fines, restitution or other fees ordered by the court."  In Washington County, clients must pay a supervision fee of $35.00 per month. 


Supervision Fee Payment Options
There are four different options for paying your supervision fees:
1.    Pay in person
Pay with cash, check, money order or credit card in person.  
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 – 5.

2.    Mail in your payment
Check and money order payments can be mailed. Write the client name and/or SID number/case number on the payment.  Payments can be mailed to the address shown above.

Court Fines and Fees
Court fines and fees are different from supervision fees. They are paid to the Court in the county of conviction. They may include fines, restitution, and/or other fees.  The Court may set a monthly payment amount or order the Probation and Parole Officer to set the amount.  Court fines and fee payments should be made to the State of Oregon.  Payments to the court can be paid in person, by mail, or by phone.  Information for court payments can be found here:
