Online and Phone Payments

The following items are required to enter a supervision fee payment online:

1. A valid e-mail address.
2. A State ID (SID) number.  Your account number will be located on the left side of your monthly bill, below your name and address.
3. A valid VISA or MasterCard if paying by Credit Card.
4. Your checking Account and Routing numbers if paying by e-Check.

Phone Payment 
The following items are required to enter a supervision fee payment by phone:

1. A State ID (SID) number.  Your account number will be located on the left side of your monthly bill, below your name and address.
2. A valid VISA or MasterCard if paying by Credit Card.
3. Your checking Account and Routing numbers if paying by e-Check

You can make a payment by telephone by calling 1-877-716-1787.

Online or Phone Payment Fees
Credit/Debit Card Fee:  A fee of 2.45% or $1.50, whichever is greater, is charged for this service.
E-Check Payment Fee:  A fee of $.95 is charged for this service.
