Our primary programs:

Washington County Public Health Advisory Council (PHAC) is appointed by the Washington County Board of Commissioners (BCC) to fulfill any federal and state-mandated responsibilities and to advise the BCC in its role as the governing body of the local public health authority. The PHAC will make recommendations to the BCC in areas of policy, program, and budget and to the Public Health Division Manager in establishing policy and program objectives, to support and improve community health.
